Our fees
Our psychologists set their fees independently. We are happy to discuss these fees with you. Please feel free to call the practice on 0477 956 834, or reach out via the contact page.
Adjustments to our standard fees may be accommodated, and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Rebates
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP), you may receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session with a clinical psychologist, and a rebate of $96.65 per session with a registered psychologist.
With a MHCP, you will be eligible to claim the above rebate for 10 appointments per calendar year. With an EDP you may be eligible to claim the above rebate for 40 appointments per calendar year.
You may also be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM). Under a CDM you may receive a Medicare rebate of $58 per appointment for up to five appointments per calendar year.
To claim Medicare rebates, you must be a Medicare card holder and provide us with a valid referral from your general practitioner or psychiatrist.
Cancellations
We understand that there may be reasons why you need to change or cancel your appointment from time to time. However, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All cancellations made within 48-hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee which is half the cost of the standard consultation fee. The full fee will be payable for cancellations within 24-hours, and for non-attendance. Cancellation fees are not eligible for any rebate from Medicare.
