Our fees
Our psychologists set their fees independently. We are happy to discuss these fees with you. Please feel free to call the practice on 0477 956 834, or reach out via the contact page.
Adjustments to our standard fees may be accommodated, and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Rebates
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDP), you will receive a Medicare rebate for each session. The rebate is $141.85 per session with a clinical psychologist, and $96.65 per session with a registered psychologist.
With a MHCP, you can claim this rebate for up to 10 sessions each year. With an EDP, you may be eligible for up to 40 sessions per year.
You might also qualify for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), which gives you a Medicare rebate of $60.35 per session for up to five sessions per year.
To claim these rebates, you’ll need a Medicare card and a valid referral from your GP or psychiatrist.
Cancellations
We understand that there may be reasons why you need to change or cancel your appointment from time to time. However, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All cancellations made within 48-hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee which is half the cost of the standard consultation fee. The full fee will be payable for cancellations within 24-hours, and for non-attendance. Cancellation fees are not eligible for any rebate from Medicare.
