I value being deeply attuned to the needs of my clients, and strive to create a safe, supportive space where difficult experiences can be explored openly. I believe that true growth happens within a trusting relationship, and I aim to develop that connection with every person I work with.
I have a particular interest in supporting people who are navigating concerns related to eating, trauma, anxiety, low mood, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, relationship challenges, and sleep difficulties. I also provide support for broader concerns, such as personality, identity, and stress, working collaboratively to help clients find meaningful change.
As your psychologist, I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and free to explore the deeper parts of yourself—those areas that are often difficult to articulate. Therapy is not about finding quick solutions, but about engaging in a process where thoughts and feelings can unfold in their own time. Together, we approach this journey with openness, trust, and curiosity.
I believe the most meaningful change happens when we allow space for the unknown. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, but it is the relationship we build that forms the heart of the work. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, or life’s broader challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as we explore your story, discovering new ways of being that feel true to who you are.
